Currently, Dead Sea Premium uses 2 shipping methods to deliver the products from Israel worldwide. These include the fast EMS air shipping and the Israeli Post Office regular air shipping.  Here we provide you with some useful information regarding the shipping methods and how it works.


How Is The Shipping Price Calculated ?

The shipping prices are calculated according to the order's total weight.
If for example in your first purchase you order 1 product, the price of shipping (in both shipping methods) will be calculated for the weight of the 1 specific item.
However, if you come back for a second purchase, and order 2 products (of the same item or different ones), the price will be calculated for the total weight of these 2 products.

Prices change in accordance to weight in this manner:
Up to 0.5kg, Up to 1kg, Up to 2kg, Up to 3kg, Up to 4kg, Up to 5kg, Up to 10kg

Which Shipping Methods Do We Use ?

Currently, we use EMS Express Delivery & Israeli Post Office Air Delivery;

EMS Express Delivery - For fast shipping up to 14 business days worldwide. Delivery to the house.
Israeli Post Office Air Delivery - For regular shipping, usually up to 4 business weeks worldwide, but can take less time, depending on several factors. Delivery to the post office.

Shipping Zones, What Are They ?

Each shipping method has it's own shipping zones, each of them contains a group of countries with a fixed shipping price according to weight.
For example, if you are from Italy and another customer is from Ukraine - you will get the same fixed shipping prices for EMS Express Delivery, because both of these countries are in Zone 10.
EMS Express Delivery has 10 zones of countries, while Israeli Post Office Air Delivery has 7 zones. This, however, does not mean zone 1 from EMS will contain the same countries as zone 1 from Israeli Post Office.
Because of that, if you are from Italy, and want to purchase something - you will have 2 options for shipping (EMS or Israeli Post Office), while each will show a different zone (EMS will show Zone 10, while Israeli Post Office will show Zone 2). Do not be confused by this, both of the shipping methods recognize that the country in your shipping address is Italy.

Note that for certain countries there is only one shipping method available, while other countries have both shipping methods.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipments are made from Israel, since all of our products are 100% made in Israel.
